as decided by DICE. You understand that Pet Related Vendors may keep any form you
submit whether or not you choose to use them for your pet related need. DICE is
not a dog walker, groomer, boarder, pet sitter, pet mover or pet insurer. DICE does
not endorse or recommend the products of any particular pet related services. The
pet related vendor is solely responsible for its services to you, and you agree
that DICE shall not be liable for any damages or costs of any type arising out of
or in any way connected with your use of such services. |

DICE WEBSITE CONTENT: |
|
DICE and all of its contents including, but not limited to, all information, text,
messages, images, photos, illustrations, designs, icons, video clips, sounds, files,
trademarks, copyrighted material, trade dress, software, specifications, catalogs,
literature, technical information, advertisements and other content or materials
on DICE (collectively, “Content”) is owned by DICE and/or third parties with all
rights reserved unless otherwise noted. |

You authorize DICE to provide your information to a number of pet related professionals
as decided by DICE. By submitting content to DICE, you grant, and you represent
and warrant that you have the right to grant, to DICE an irrevocable, perpetual,
non-exclusive, international license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute
the content as decided by DICE. DICE is committed to maintaining the privacy and
security of any and all such information that you provide to DICE through DICE in
accordance with its Privacy Policy.

APPLICABLE LAW: |
This Terms of Use is governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard
to its conflicts of laws principles. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction
and venue of the state and federal courts sitting in the State of New York, New
York County, for all disputes arising out of or relating to accessing or using of
DICE. Access or use of DICE is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give
effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation
this paragraph.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship
exists between you and DICE as a result of the Terms of Use or accessing or using
DICE. DICE'S performance under the Terms of Use is subject to existing laws and
legal process, and nothing contained in the Terms of Use is in derogation of DICE'S
right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements
relating to your access or use of DICE or information provided to or gathered by
DICE with respect to such use.

OR SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INDIRECT
OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, PROFIT OR OPPORTUNITY, LOSS
